Lorenz Architecture will, at no charge, prepare a preliminary floor plan and one building elevation from your needs assessment or building program. If you do not have a needs assessment or building program prepared, Lorenz will assist you in preparing a needs assessment or building program at no charge.

Paul Lorenz founded Lorenz Architecture in 2003 based on working in the field since 1992 and finding collaboration, customer service, and a team focused approach missing in the practice. Lorenz Architecture, located in an office designed by the firm in Concord, NC, is comprised of a staff of 6 including an accredited interior designer. A member of NCARB Lorenz is licensed in both Carolinas, Georgia, Florida, Texas, and New Mexico and can get licensed in other states as necessary. The firm is the only architecture firm who is a member of the National Association of Church Design Builders. Our responsive and proactive firm has a record of excellent relations with current and past clients. Three out of four projects on our boards are for previous clients.
